All doctors should be as good as Dr Kaushik. After an endoscopy/colonoscopy I went home and I saw something when I went to the bathroom. I called his answering service @ 7pm and he called me back in less than 10 minutes. All the gals and 1 guy (shout out to Alex) are young and knowledgeable. Your staff can either ruin or enhance your practice and they make his practice outstanding.

Very happy overall with the procedure and how the whole process went. My only issue is the billing was not done correctly despite my indication up front with how it needed to be done. This has since been rectified with conversations I had with the insurance company but it could have been avoided. Overall excellent experience despite the billing issues.
